My name is Sharon, a trained psychotherapist and counsellor. I am passionate about creating a safe and compassionate space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered.

As an empathetic counsellor, I deeply understand and appreciate the emotions and experiences that individuals bring into the therapy space. I strive to cultivate a non-judgmental environment where clients can freely express themselves and explore their thoughts and emotions without fear of criticism or rejection.

Throughout my practice, I prioritize actively listening to my clients. I value their unique perspectives, stories, and struggles, recognizing that each person’s journey is entirely their own.

I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including person-centred therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. These modalities empower individuals to gain insights into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, while also fostering self-compassion, self-awareness, and resilience. 

I truly believe that everyone possesses the capacity for growth, healing, and transformation. By guiding clients on their unique paths, I hope to empower them to overcome obstacles, make meaningful choices, and live more fulfilling lives.
